Ride on Superman

Our family recently had the chance to go to Six Flags Great America just outside of Chicago.  One of the first rides we rode was Superman pictured here.  It is a pretty intense ride as you are on your belly looking straight down at the ground.  Going up the initial hill looking straight down is a wild experience.  Once you make it past that first rise and fall the ride is a blast! 

Do you ever feel that life is like that ride on Superman?  Scary, exciting, intense all rolled into one, and once you get past that intial drop the ride is a blast.  Many times we can miss the fun because we are focused on the anxiety of that first rise and fall.  Keep your eyes on the Lord and enjoy the ride!
